SDM has just posted their coupon policy on facebook - check it out at http://www.facebook.com/#!/shoppersdrugmart?sk=app_115883965166802
Good information to know - not really any surprises to me. Good idea to print it out and keep it in your binder if you've had problems at Shopper's Drugmart using coupons. My 2 local stores are very good for coupons, have never had any of the problems I've been hearing about there...so far! I think it's often just 1 employee who doesn't know, or is in a bad mood to taint a store.
What do you guys think of their policy? Anything you didn't expect?
Also, if you're not familiar with SCOP it's explained on there also.

Nice to see this posted. Clears up any misunderstandings and allows for better consistency....for both the shopper and the cashier.

Thanks for the link - good information to know. Their policy sounds fair.
I was told today at Sobeys on Kenaston that they will not take internet coupons for free items (no matter what they cost)and no internet coupons over $2. -

Im from nb..and had a horrible coupon experience at my shoppers. i told them i was gonna post that sdm had a problem with me using my coupons there..she said fine..less coupons for me..i thought it was as many as i want. she even told me it would be nice to leave some for other people..i was almost crying..and yes she was a manager..omg..if you buy a gift card at sdm you get 10 points for every dollar..so i usually buy the gift card first then purchase my stuff..anyways she refused to sell me a gift card

I've never had a problem with coupons at stores. The only problem I have is the employee working not knowing how to process the coupon. Other then that though a coupon is known universally for it's purpose. It discounts the price.
